Our Story

White Mountain Smokin Que was born out of a simple love for great BBQ and a desire to share it with the people of New Hampshire. What started as weekend cookouts for friends and family quickly grew into a full-service catering operation serving hundreds of events each year.

We believe that great BBQ is more than just food - it is an experience. The smell of wood smoke, the sound of a crowd enjoying a meal together, the satisfaction of a perfectly smoked brisket. That is what we bring to every event.

What Makes Us Different

We smoke all meats fresh daily using a combination of Hickory, Oak, Pecan, Maple and Apple Wood. Our house-made rubs, sauces, and sides have been perfected over years of passion and precision.
